Family Portraits in Camperdown Park

When Rachel first asked me about getting some family portraits done, we had the idea of going along to the beach at Tentsmuir.
Not a bad idea and an ideal place to go and photograph three lads, but, this is Scotland and the beach in autumn isn't really conducive to happy family portraits when there's a force 10 gale, and the rain is coming in sideyways!!!
We decided on Camperdown Park if it was dry, but were more than likely going to end up in the studio. Not really a problem, but when you want outdoor shots it's just not quite the same.
Rachel must be blessed though.
The sun came out and stayed out for most of the morning, which gave us a chance to explore the park and find some lovely autumn colour to use as a backdrop. It was just about warm enough and the lads were fantastic; they had me laughing so hard at times that I struggled to see through the viewfinder for tears in my eyes!!! A delightful family, a lovely morning in the park, and I can't wait for June next year :) Congratulations Rachel ;) xx
